Management Team
	Karl Zorzi, a seventeen-year Racal-Vadic veteran in marketing, engineering and executive management, including three years as Racal-Vadic's General Manager, serves as Zypcom's President and CEO. Mr. Zorzi has primary responsibility for external acquisitions in addition to his management duties.
	Nori Yoshikawa worked for twelve years with Racal-Vadic as Senior Engineering Manager prior to spending three years at NEC America as Director of Engineering for the Data Communications Group. Mr. Yoshikawa is Zypcom's Vice President of Research and Development and directs new product development efforts.
	Scott Porter, a seven-year Racal-Vadic employee in sales and product management, including three years as Racal-Vadic's Director of Marketing, serves as Zypcom's Vice President of Sales and Marketing.

"The data communications market will continue to be a very dynamic and potentially profitable technology segment well into the next century.
