Zypcom Warranty:

    During the twenty-four (24) month warranty period of SX-Series and RX-Series modems, Zypcom will, at no cost, ship a replacement modem within 24 hours on normal business days, for destinations within the continental United States, for equipment determined by Zypcom to be defective (transportation charges prepaid by Zypcom).

    Zypcom, Inc. warrants all other products for a period of twenty-four (24) months on a return to factory basis. The buyer will return defective equipment, prepaying transportation charges via United Parcel Service and Zypcom will return such equipment, freight prepaid, using a like method.

    Warranty repair for customers outside the continental United States; The buyer will return defective equipment, prepaying transportation charges, and Zypcom will return repaired/replaced equipment, transportation charges prepaid, via buyer's shipping preference.

    ZYPCOM MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Repairs and/or replacements under the terms of this warranty SHALL NOT EXTEND THE WARRANTY LIFE OF THE ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT SUPPLIED. After this warranty has expired, service may be purchased.
