"ROUTER {path to data directory} com1 38400/lock modem/AT&FW2&C1&D2S0=0(or 57600/lock)"
The word "DIAGNOSTICS" can be added to the end of the command line if you want to be able to view modem responses while the program is running. The "{path to the data directory}" parameter must be replaced by the actual path that cc:Mail uses for its data directory.
cc:Mail Remote v3.3/v3.4 for DOS:

Remote for DOS version 3.40
"REMOTE COMM/LOCK/HSEC MODEM/AT&FW2&C1&D2S0=0" and set the DTE rate for 38400 or 57600 within cc:Mail remote.
Remote for DOS version 3.3x and below:
"REMOTE COMM/LOCK/HSEC MODEM/AT&FW2&C1&D2S0=0S7=128" and set the DTE rate for 38400 or below within cc:Mail remote.
Like Router, you can add "DIAGNOSTICS" to the command line to be able to view modem result codes etc.
